Bishop Dick & Carla Bernal founded Jubilee Christian Center in San Jose, California, with six people in 1980. In 25 years, the church had grown to more than 14,000 members from all nationalities and backgrounds. They have spent nearly three decades pastoring, training ministers, and reaching nations through media and missions work. Bernal is a remarkably gifted teacher who leads people through the truths and mysteries of the Bible with incisive clarity. In addition, he is a popular conference speaker in the United States and abroad, as well as a noted author and leading authority on spiritual warfare and city taking.
