Matthew and Siobhan Oliver have an intense passion for God and are on an all-out pursuit to encounter Him. They possess a genuine desire to see hearts ignited, dreams and passions stirred, that each person in this community find success in what God has called them to.
Matthew & Siobhan met in Bible College in 1998 and married May of 1999 which began their journey together in life and ministry. They have a strong belief that “Church” is much more than a service. The presence of God doesn't abide in a building but emulates from His people.
They along with their five children have invested greatly into this community and have learnt what it means to lean into each other through love, loss, trauma and success. Opening several small businesses exposed Matthew and Siobhan to experiences that would not have been lived had they kept to just a Pastoral journey. They have learnt a little about how to serve a community in practical ways and have gained an understanding of difficulties faced by business owners. They have proven to be both spiritual leaders and community leaders.

In addition to pastoring 'The Family Church' and running their businesses, Matthew and Siobhan have written and published several books: 40 Days of Greatness, 40 Days to a Healthy Heart, Victorious, Taking Back the Night, and the upcoming The Donkey and the Flea.
Matthew and Siobhan Oliver are expectant for God to move in Placer County. They have made here their home believing that there is a sovereign call to this region and that His presence is abiding and growing as His people seek after Him.
God is excited about you, He wants to heal and restore, He wants you to live a full life in Him,
Here and Now.
